Engagements
Every client engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, milestones, fees, change control and acceptance. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. Qorixlabs retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, licensed to you perpetually for use within the deliverables.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request before any discovery call.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that services are performed with professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in your engagement agreement. Where none is specified, the courts of the Qorixlabs contracting entity's jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
